- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You will comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- You have the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement.

PropertyCab is an online real estate information and marketing platform that enables users to:
Browse Listings
Search and view residential, commercial, and agricultural property listings.
Connect with Agents
Contact verified real estate agents and developers.
Post Requirements
Submit property requirements to be matched with suitable listings.
Explore Projects
Discover RERA-registered township and housing projects.
PropertyCab acts as an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is not a party to any real estate transaction. All transactions are between buyers/renters and sellers/agents directly.
3. User Accounts & Registration
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Account Responsibility: Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- No Transfer: Not transfer or share your account with any third party.
- One Account: Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or organisation without prior written consent.
4. Property Listings & Accuracy
PropertyCab hosts listings submitted by agents, developers, and individual sellers. While we take reasonable steps to verify listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing.
5. RERA Compliance Disclaimer
All real estate projects listed on PropertyCab are required to be registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) where applicable. PropertyCab's broker RERA registration number is:

- Users must independently verify a project's RERA registration before transacting.
- RERA registration numbers for listed projects are displayed on their respective detail pages.
- PropertyCab shall not be held responsible for listings where RERA details are inaccurate or absent.
- For projects in states other than Maharashtra, users must verify with the respective State RERA authority.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PropertyCab platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of PropertyCab or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

- • Sharing property links on social media
- • Saving listing details for personal reference
Prohibited Uses
- • Copying or reproducing platform content
- • Scraping or data mining without written consent
- • Using our brand/logo without authorisation
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PropertyCab platform:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW, PROPERTYCAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Specifically, PropertyCab is not liable for:
- Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate listing information provided by third parties
- Disputes between buyers, sellers, agents, or developers
- Financial losses from real estate transactions facilitated through the platform
- Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
- Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Fraudulent activities by third-party users on the platform
9. Third-Party Services & Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, embedded maps, or integrate third-party services. PropertyCab does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Your use of third-party services is governed entirely by their respective terms.
10. Termination
PropertyCab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
- All listings and content you posted may be removed.
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Applicable laws include but are not limited to: The Information Technology Act, 2000; The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016; The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and The Indian Contract Act, 1872.
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms:
- 1Step 1 — Direct ResolutionContact PropertyCab support. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
- 2Step 2 — MediationIf direct resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
- 3Step 3 — ArbitrationUnresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
- 4Step 4 — LitigationOnly after exhausting the above steps, may disputes be escalated to courts of competent jurisdiction in Nagpur.
13. Changes to Terms
PropertyCab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will notify users of material changes by:
- Updating the 'Effective Date' at the top of this page
- Sending an email notification to registered users for significant changes
- Displaying a banner notice on the platform for 30 days
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
