These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PropertyCab website (propertycab.in), mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement.

PropertyCab is an online real estate information and marketing platform that enables users to:

PropertyCab acts as an intermediary platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is not a party to any real estate transaction. All transactions are between buyers/renters and sellers/agents directly.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Accurate Information: Provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Account Responsibility: Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• No Transfer: Not transfer or share your account with any third party.
• One Account: Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or organisation without prior written consent.

PropertyCab hosts listings submitted by agents, developers, and individual sellers. While we take reasonable steps to verify listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing.

All content on the PropertyCab platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of PropertyCab or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PropertyCab platform:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

Specifically, PropertyCab is not liable for:

• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate listing information provided by third parties
• Disputes between buyers, sellers, agents, or developers
• Financial losses from real estate transactions facilitated through the platform
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
• Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Fraudulent activities by third-party users on the platform

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, embedded maps, or integrate third-party services. PropertyCab does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. Your use of third-party services is governed entirely by their respective terms.

PropertyCab reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.
• All listings and content you posted may be removed.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@propertycab.in.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Applicable laws include but are not limited to: The Information Technology Act, 2000; The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016; The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and The Indian Contract Act, 1872.

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms:

   Step 1 — Direct ResolutionContact PropertyCab support. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

   Step 2 — MediationIf direct resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

   Step 3 — ArbitrationUnresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

   Step 4 — LitigationOnly after exhausting the above steps, may disputes be escalated to courts of competent jurisdiction in Nagpur.

PropertyCab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Updating the 'Effective Date' at the top of this page
• Sending an email notification to registered users for significant changes
• Displaying a banner notice on the platform for 30 days

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
